Sorry if that disappoints.
BUT
We will definitely be participating in the Myrtle Beach Home Show which runs from Feb 21 Friday to Sunday Feb 23. I am pretty excited about this b/c its my home town so easy peasy.
We usually show with the Waccamaw Arts and Crafts Guild in a space in the lobby but this time we will be inside at Booth 922, which is very near the Back of Exhibit Hall A.
Please come see us and smell our soaps too. I always tell people we don’t Charge for sniffing.

5/23/23
It has taken me a long time time to get over Covid and I never even got it. Why? Here ’s my boo hoos: I had three shows cancel without returning my prepaid fees of thousands of $. Sucks.

Then the small city where I live closed the Recreation Center, including the Pool where I was a lap swimmer. What’s a girl to do? How to fight the blues? become a couch potato for the first time in my life.

Since the rec center reopened I have become the Queen of the Rowing Machine. I usually set myself a goal like: Rowing to Merrill’s Inlet, or Little River, or Georgetown or Charlestown. Hey, I am a “legend in my own mind.”

And, I have been making new soaps again. So here is my new Lemon Verbena which my fragrance distributor describes This way: “A fresh, crisp scent of lemon verbena is delightfully blended with the zesty layers of a citrus complex, including juicy hints of grapefruit and orange. Tantalizingly tart!” And it smells good too. I don’t blend my own fragrances because I am awful at it. I rely on the people called “Noses” who have a superior sense of smell and know what they are doing.

Now color I know. I used gorgeous saturated turquoise, and orange, separate by a band of red-violet. I cast it in Shea Butter and just a tad of Glycerin. It is beautiful and very kind to your skin.

November 19 North Penn Holiday Craft Market Lansdale, PA 9:30 AM to 4:30PM http://www.northpennifc.org/north-penn-sselectd-craft-show

https://www.mamouchasoaps.com/blog/coming-to-rhinebeck-ny-on-june-25-26-to-the-rhinebeck-arts-festival

https://www.mamouchasoaps.com/blog/coming-to-rhinebeck-ny-on-june-25-26-to-the-rhinebeck-arts-festival#comments

Uncategorized

      [...]

Join us this Saturday at the North Penn High School Craft Market March 12, 2016 9:30am - 4:30pm North Penn High School 1340 Valley Forge Road Lansdale, PA 19446

https://www.mamouchasoaps.com/blog/join-us-this-saturday-at-the-north-penn-high-school-craft-market-march-12-2016-930am-430pm-north-penn-high-school-1340-valley-forge-road-lansdale-pa-19446

https://www.mamouchasoaps.com/blog/join-us-this-saturday-at-the-north-penn-high-school-craft-market-march-12-2016-930am-430pm-north-penn-high-school-1340-valley-forge-road-lansdale-pa-19446#comments

Uncategorized

      [...]

An Oldie but Goodie Article from 2012 about Mother Daughter artists

https://www.mamouchasoaps.com/blog/an-oldie-but-goodie-article-from-2012-about-mother-daughter-artists

https://www.mamouchasoaps.com/blog/an-oldie-but-goodie-article-from-2012-about-mother-daughter-artists#comments

Uncategorized

http//www.handmadearcade.com_like-mother-like-daughter_.weblocIn 2012, my daughter Allison and I were interviewed by the Handmade Arcade's Sarah Ulrich on the topic of artistry and craft running in families.
